What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, every scooter purchased from our shop includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering mechanical defects and battery performance under normal use.

Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Most models arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few bolts using the toolkit included in the box.
